Small scroll button

I can’t be the only person who has had to get out the magnifying glass to see the incredibly small sliver of a button on a window. I understand it’s not “content” that’s useful to marketers and we want as much available space on a webpage as possible. But it’s kind of ludicrous how small buttons can make a user work within 1 millimeter of space!
